This landscape of a lake is an experimental abstract piece, and still a wonderful piece to admire.

The main colors used are compliments of each other, and bring out the best in one another. This piece was made by laying down the background first and then layering the trees. The trees were a pleasure to create. I thoroughly enjoy the way the black and white on top of the magenta looks, transitioning to the right in blue, black and white.

This piece is easy to get lost in, and each time I look closely at it I marvel at the brush work and colors creating a living scene. This piece will bring the touch of creativity and beauty wherever it is seen.
