A fun abstract with the feeling of a sunset at the bayou.  This work started with colors randomly placed on the canvas and finished with a quick, firm brush stroke. An experimental piece that turned into something nice.

This piece started with no intention but just a “I’m going to try something”. After the firm stroke of the brush, I knew I had something that I needed to stick with. I had just returned from an assignment in Florida so the landscape there was fresh on my mind. I added the trees and eventually closed it in with the little hills.

This is a cool piece.
