This piece is a beautiful combination between my two favorite subjects to paint, figures and landscapes. When the idea hit, I knew I had something special. I wanted to stay with my style of black and white complimented by color. There is no key subject to this painting, the whole work is the subject. 

I wanted the model to be gorgeous and not have anything taken away from her by the reflection, and I did not want anything to be missed in the skyline. The two subjects create a beautiful contrast and only support each other. This piece has stirred a new inspiration for me where the possibilities seem endless. I am very proud of this piece and the idea.
